During a one- to two-hour experience, you will enjoy a gastronomic journey through the traditional cuisine of the Sacred Valley. We will begin with a tasting of lawas, ancestral Andean soups prepared with grains, tubers, and herbs from the valley, followed by a selection of Chuncho's most representative dishes. Finally, we will conclude with a trio of desserts inspired by native ingredients. Each dish forms part of a narrative that connects the territory, tradition, and culinary heritage of Ollantaytambo, culminating in a personalized handwritten message as a memento of the experience.
